Unless the Company hears from you to the contrary upon subscription or application of any of the Services, your personal data will be transferred and/or disclosed to:-
a. employees and officers of the Company;
b. associated companies of the Company's group of companies;
c. contractors/sub-contractors, business partners and agents of the Company;
d. credit reference agencies of the Company; and/or
e. service providers for the provision of the Services.

ACCESS AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Under the Ordinance, our customers have the right to:
a. ascertain whether we hold personal data relating to them;
b. request a copy of that data; and
c. request correction of any such data which is inaccurate.
