Q: What is your minimum spend requirement?
A: To enjoy the wholesale prices we offer, we ask you to buy at least HK$1,000 per order.
Q: Can I buy one piece of each product to test the quality? Will the price be different?
A: Absolutely, we ship any quantity you need for the same price.
Q: What do you mean by “Made in Italy”?
A: Our entire production takes place in Italy, from design, manufacturing and plating.
Q: Can I pick up my order myself?
A: Yes, you’re welcome to our Hong Kong office.
Q: Can I buy your products at a trade show?
A: Yes, please get in touch so we can send you an invitation.
Q: Can I return or exchange a product that you’ve shipped to me?
A: No. You cannot return a product unless it’s damaged or the wrong item.
Q: Can I get 100% refund if product doesn't match its description?
A: Yes, 100% guaranteed. However, all product descriptions and photos are based on the actual product

A: Yes, please get in touch or give us a call during office hours.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Please, according to shipping destination, refer to the followings:
Hong Kong: HK$30 (SF Express)
Asia: HK$150 (SF Express/EMS tracked)
Rest of the world: HK$250 (EMS tracked)
Q: But I prefer the other courier, is that ok?
A: You are welcome to instruct us your preferred way of shipping. Rate will be re-calculated accordingly, or we can ship on your shipping account.
Q: When will I receive the goods?
A: Due to increased precautionary measures and parcel volumes, carriers may experience unexpected delays. We kindly ask that you allow an additional 3-5 business days (on top of the quoted transit time) before sending in an enquiry to our Customer Support team. Should your order not arrive after this period, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you.
Q: am I responsible for the “Customs, Taxes and Duties” of my order?
A: Customs taxes, duties or import charges are your responsibility. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. Please note these charges differ based on country laws and policies and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable.
